- A total of 5 teams are participating in the Serbian Championship 2022, namely: RK Partizan, RK Rad, BRK Crvena Zvezda, RK Dinamo 1954 and RK Torpedo Mlava.
- The game is played in three rounds, according to the system with everyone, the total number of matches is 30, each team will play 12 matches at the end of the competition.
- The champion of Serbia becomes the team that wins the most points at the end of the season.
- The title from the 2021 season is defended by RK Partizan.
- BRK Crvena Zvezda started the competition with -9 points.
- BRK Crvena Zvezda withdrew from the competition, considering that it did not play more than 50% of the games, all results and standings in the table are deleted
